Haywood is originally from North Carolina and moved to Texas in 2006. Haywood served in the US Army and deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. In 2009, Haywood became a police officer and quickly promoted to being a detective in 2010 because of his drive and dedication to citizens. As a detective, Haywood investigated major cases ranging from capital murder, sexual assaults, and robberies. 
In 2015, he founded On Call Investigative Solutions, LLC because he saw a need to have knowledgeable criminal defense investigators in the State of Texas.

​Daniela earned her Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with her Minor in Psychology in 2015 and became a Board Certified Criminal Defense Investigator (CCDI) in 2021.  Daniela is one of the few private criminal defense investigators in the State of Texas that is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English. Daniela has over 7+ years of experience of investigating criminal and civil cases in numerous Central Texas Counties. Daniela  believes in treating each client and case on an individual basis by providing empathy and knowledge to every case.
